Banquet Policies
Parties of 14 people or less may order from the regular menu; larger groups must order from the banquet menus.
The host must pre-select the first two courses 72 hours prior to the banquet. Upon arrival, guests may choose their entree from the banquet menu.
Requests for vegetarian platters or other special requests can be made prior to the banquet.
Cost per person: - Approximate cost per person is $75.00 for a three course Tuscan dinner. - Desserts, beverages, 10% tax, and 24% gratuity are not included. - Cost per person may vary based on market costs. Minimum charge: There is no minimum charge.
Service fee: The Private Wine Room and Tuscan Palm Room service fee is $150.00.
Menus: Selections for the first and second courses must be returned by the host three days prior to the date of the event. Selections for the entree course may be changed without notice based on availability.
Confirmation on the number of guests and the menu must be made 96 hours prior to the banquet and is not subject to reduction.
Ristorante i Ricchi reserves the right to change seating arrangements and/or menu items depending on availability or space requirements.
The balance of payment for a banquet is expected at the conclusion of the meal. Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diner’s Club are the only accepted forms of payment unless other arrangements have been made prior the banquet.
Accommodations will not be considered confirmed and shall be subject to cancellation without notice until the banquet guarantee authorization form has been received at least three days prior to the event.
